Second eviction in a month? Ouch

Trump effectively relinquished his legal right to live at Mar-a-Lago in the 1990’s, when he signed an agreement converting his residence into a private club. This allows Palm Beach to publicly address whether the President can make Mar-a-Lago his legal home.

And…they said no.

Trump is not welcome here

The Washington Post obtained a letter from the legal representative of the Mar-a-Lago neighbors alerting Trump that he cannot make the club his legal residence. The President is now in the embarrassing position of facing a legal battle to win the right to live somewhere he is clearly not welcome, or being evicted from the club if he chooses to move there anyway.

Trump may have to find a New Home, neighbors in a Demand Letter..sent to Palm Beach and the U.S. Secret Service have put him on “ Notice “ he can not make his private residence “ Mar-a-Lago a Private Club..!

‘I’d rather move than have these fools blocking my road’

Residents have been complaining for years about Trump’s presence in Mar-a-Lago. The President’s visits bring blocked roads, traffic jams, and he has repeatedly flouted restrictions (such as the height of his flagpole) while failing to deliver on the promises he made when he converted his private residence into the club.

I live nearby. I HATE when they are in town. I mean, I’d rather have them here than in DC. But I’d rather move than deal with these fools blocking off my roads.

The demand letter also brought light to the fact that Trump attempted to register to vote in Florida using the White House as his address, which breaks Florida law. He later changed his voter registration address to Mar-a-Lago which is a business.

Didn’t he use that address to vote? Doesn’t that make his vote illegitimate?

Jar-Jar and Ivanka just bought a nice big parcel of land on Indian Creek Island on Biscayne Bay in Miami. They should build their dad a nice bungalow. Miami deserves him - and that’s not a compliment.
