‘Can you say BROKE?’ Twitter mocks Trump’s lame low-budget zombie campaign ad

Believe it or not, How to Spot a Zombie is the Trump campaign’s latest ad in their desperate attempt to grab voters. With copy that rings like lines cut from the first draft of Zombieland, the ad features a quick series of clips of Biden moments that the president’s cronies have trotted out a zillion times before.

Nothing says low budget like a zombie

Hey, what are you gonna do when the guy you are trying to pimp keeps slipping the campaign funds into his own pocket? Writers with the talent to repackage this epic fail of a presidency for a commercial don’t come cheap.

Maybe a zombie ad is all that’s left.

Tick tock, a zombie all you got?

The Trump campaign is running out of time. And they’re clearly running out of ideas.

Trump seems to be taking a break from running against Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama to run against another non-opponent: the zombie threat.

What about the Real Dead?

Zombies are not much of a response to what is happening in the real world.

Trump is responsible for the heartbreaking US death count from COVID-19. He better hope the dead don’t come back for him.

But if you wanna talk about zombies

This could backfire among those with zombie spotting experience. There are plenty of Trump cronies that fit the bill.

Plenty.

PLENTY.

Plenty of other monsters too

The president courts the favor of Qanon conspiracy theorists. If these people think democrats are drinking children’s blood in the back of a pizza parlor, the zombie idea wouldn’t be a stretch.

Maybe the zombie ad is just the first in a series.

Most tv viewers just want to see a zombie on a Walking Dead show. And nowhere else.

Biden’s folks look pretty lively. It’s the Trump supporters that seem like they might be dead.

This may not reflect well when other people start playing with Trump’s zombie ad.

Who will a zombie ad convince?

A pile of question marks.

Is a zombie ad supposed to attract seniors?

Children?

Anyone?

Maybe there is no logic at all.

The zombie as a distraction

Maybe Trump hopes people think more about a zombie attack more than reality. Or his flailing, misogynist performance on 60 Minutes.

Meanwhile, on another network…
