#EnoughIsEnough is the theme for the new MeidasTouch ad, a simple yet powerful video. Just 41 seconds long, the combination of the voiceover and the footage taken at a demonstration in Portland is like a gut-punch for many.

The video shows U.S. Navy Vet, Christopher David, being assaulted by members of Trump’s secret police in Portland. As the officers hit him with batons, breaking bones in his hand, the narrator reminds the viewers that David fought for the 1st Amendment right he is exercising.

MeidasTouch shared the video on YouTube with a warning:

As the election nears, and Trump’s poll numbers continue to tank, his tactics will get more destructive as he launches an assault on the American people. We must honor true heroes like Christopher David, and follow his lead and stand up to Trump and make it clear that #EnoughIsEnough!

Twitter users agree. #EnoughIsEnough.

David is lauded as a hero for the way he stood tall. #EnoughIsEnough for Twitter users who are disgusted by the treatment of a true American hero.

A common theme among Twitter users was Trump’s ineptitude, “unelected” and “unfit.”

Many Twitter users are calling for charges to be filed against the men beating on David because #EnoughIsEnough.
